1. Returns Window
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as
Custom or personalized products
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)Sale or clearance items
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer/store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product from fura.pk, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or a video of the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
